Is outervlan(double vlan tagging) supported by mellanox connect x-3 MT27500(40G) ethernet controller

Can somebody please  tell me , whether double vlan is supported on mellanox connect x3 MT27500 Eth controller ?

If yes, then please tell me how to use it and where to do the modifications.
