I have a connectX-2 card with the latest firmware installed under Windows Server 2012r2. I have been trying to get SR-IOV to work and i've not had much success, and I can't figure out if it's an issue with the motherboard or with the connectx-2 card. When I check the SR-IOV status on the host I receive this error:
{To use SR-IOV on this system, the system BIOS must be updated to allow
Windows to control PCI Express. Contact your system manufacturer for an
update., SR-IOV cannot be used on this system as the PCI Express hardware
does not support Access Control Services (ACS) at any root port. Contact
your system vendor for further information.}
Is that error due to me not having sr-iov enabled correctly on the card? I have Vt-d enabled on my board (X9scm-f) and it should be sr-iov compatible according to supermicro's site.
